From a young age I have always had a passion for vehicles and with the current transition from fossil fuel to electric there is no better time to be going into the industry. Who knows what the future holds
Final Year Project
The Everyday Vehicle
The everyday vehicle looks at the key design advantages an electric vehicle has over a fossil fuel powered vehicle. A battery pack and compact in-hub electric motors replace a traditional engine, transmission, and fuel tank, resulting in several design advantages. The absence of a large engine at the front allows for a short bonnet and a large cabin, maximising interior space for passengers and storage.

Positioning the battery pack in the floor of the vehicle ensures a low centre of gravity, whilst independent hub motors allow the vehicle to operate in both two and four-wheel drive.
