Smart Baby Safety Gate
This project aims to create a safer home for the baby by applying technology to a baby safety gate. Using an RFID reader to allow easy and secure access for parents to remain worry free, when hurrying around in the home. The baby gate includes a proximity sensor, which alerts parents when the gate is left open as well as 2 points of entry, which includes manually pulling the handle and connecting your phone to automatically unlock.
I believe a baby gate fenced with sensors can provide protection and prevention from interacting with areas in the home that can pose a danger for the baby.
