Diabetes is the most common medical conditions for adults that has huge impact to their self-esteem and causing discomfort in their lives. These diet plates I designed are simple kitchen utensils to support people with diabetes on food portion sizes as well as providing easy to follow guidelines on how much of each food type they should be eating during a meal. Resulting in confidence they’re not eating too much and improving both their mental and physical health for a long period of time.
